About the event
Learn about the California native pipevine growing on strawberry creek. Keep an eye out for orange eggs on the vine — those are pipevine swallowtail eggs!
We'll also be searching for chrysalides that have pupated in the construction zone and other precarious spots, and carefully relocating them into our stewardship. It's a genuinely fun treasure hunt, and moving them to safety dramatically increases their survival rate.
